On December 28th Natalie turned 8 years old. On January 2nd she was baptized a member of our church. It was a wonderful event!
Natalie asked her Uncle Taylor to be the one to baptize her. He recently turned 16 and as a result was ordained a Priest. They've always had a special bond and I was so pleased that she thought to ask him to baptize her! Not many boys have that opportunity before they head out on their missions, so its pretty special that Taylor did! He did AWESOME!!!!!
To add to an already special day ALL of Natalie's cousins, except for Daniel (sad), were able to attend her baptism! Here is a picture of all the kids who we were able to snag for a picture. We seem to be missing Heather and Steve's kids in the picture, but you get the idea! It was so fun to have everyone there and thanks to all those who extended their Christmas vacation to support Natalie and thanks to those who travelled just for the occasion! And of course we missed Ali and Phil, and Matt and Erin and Daniel.
I love my girl to pieces and I'm so proud of the decision she made to be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was very emotional that day. I can't believe she is growing up so fast!

So glad we were there! It was so fun! LOVES!
I'm so glad we were able to come for Nanny's baptism. She was so adorable and Taylor really did a great job. Congrats Nan!
What a special day! It's always a little emotional for moms to see their darling, sweet kids make such an important choice. And the support from family and friends can't be beat! We just love Nat. Brynn was (as predicted) very ticked about missing it. We love you guys!
How exciting for Nani! We're so bummed we missed it. We always said we'd make it to those things - you don't miss them. Guess that's easy to say when you don't have a mortgage. Tell Nani again how much we love her and are sooooo proud of her.
I so badly wanted to be there for her big day. We are so proud of Natalie and want her to know how much we love her.
